Information:
Items are handmade and as with any handmade item, there may be flaws/defects. These have been determined to be insignificant enough not to retract from the style of the item being purchased. Please see pictures, as these will be able to be seen there. Epoxy items are handmade and made-to-order. This means NO two items will look exactly alike and colors will very.
Upon purchasing a piece of artwork form my website, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to purchase. THIS DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOM ITEMS IS IMPORTANT AND DESCRIBES RISKS AND THE PROCESS. Please note when browsing the images that image colors can vary depending on mobile/laptop screens and I am happy to send more photos or videos prior to purchase if you are buying a ready made piece to match your home.
By purchasing any item from my website, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Payment:
(a) Any purchase order made by you to Blu Doe Art can be completed via PayPal, which is a secure online processing system. (You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase on this website.)
(b) You can "Check out as Guest", which enables you to pay with all major credit and debit cards, without a need to sign up to PayPal.
(c)Alternatively you can pay directly with all major credit/debit cards which are immediately processed through the Square platform.
Prices & Availability:
(a) Blu Doe Art reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
(b) Once an order is placed, the price is guaranteed to the customer, and will not be varied.
Delivery:
(a) Shipping is automatically calculated depending on location.
(b) Shipments within USA will use USPS Priority 2-3, unless preferred differently by client. Delays caused by weather or uncontrollable forces may arise.
(c)For shipments outside the USA, delivery time can vary, and in some cases can be delayed due to standard customs checks according the the law. If a customer is liable to pay any duty or tax in the receiving nation, it is their sole responsibility to do so.
(d)In the event a customer refuses to pay for local duties and/or taxes due, the customer must ensure the return of the parcel back to Blu Doe Art before nay refund is processed. If due to non-payment of duties/taxes due in the receiving nation, the goods are disposed of or destroyed, no refund or resending of the goods will be accepted.
Cancellation of Orders:
(a)The Customer retains the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placing the order or if work has not been started.
(b) The Customer does not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
(c) Once work has begun on a custom piece, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
(d) We do not accept a partial return of goods, or used goods, and no returns, or refunds will be issued for any orders placed longer than 30 calendar days prior to a request for any refunds and/or returns.
(d) If I DO NOT receive a response from you within 180 days regarding custom work, your order will be cancelled. (If your order is less than 180 day window, it will be refunded to the original payment method. If your order is past the 180 day window, it is unable to be refunded to the original payment method and will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.) EMAIL IS MY MAIN FORM OF COMMUNICATION. If you DO NOT hear from me within 24-48 hours, there is a technical issue or my emails have went to your spam folder. It is the CLIENT'S RESPONSIBLITY to reach out to me via other social media accounts if emails are not able to go through.
Defective Goods or Goods Damaged in Transit:
(a)My sole mission is to have satisfied customers. If you receive a defective goods or goods damaged in transit, please inform me immediately via email.
(b) In the case of receipt of defective goods or goods damaged in transit, the customer retains the right of a full refund or resending of the goods at no charge.
(c) In the case of goods damaged in transit, please provide photographic evidence upon receipt of the goods.
(d) In the case of a claim of defective goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund or a resending of goods, should we deem that the customer incorrectly used the goods or made an error in the process of working with the goods.
With custom work, Blu Doe Art has the authority to make any necessary changes or design concepts without consent of client. With all resin work, by purchasing a custom product, you understand and are aware of the risk that items may be damaged during the process. Though Blu Doe Art will try their best to take all precautions that this does not happen.

Distribution Agreement:
Artist reserves the common- law copyright to all works commissioned by Collector that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No work may be reproduced by Collector without the prior written approval of Artist.
